Granite Cleaning
The Quality Stone Restoration cleaning process uses high-quality products designed for use on natural stone. We begin with a deep scrub to remove the buildup and deposits that accumulate over the years. We follow that up with a neutral pH clean, leaving a streak-free, residue-free surface. Finally, we burnish with a spray buff that leaves the surface soft and smooth, resisting finger prints and smudging, all together revealing the natural beauty of your granite.
Granite Polishing
When you want to bring out a greater depth of color and a more glass-like finish, we employ a 2-stage polishing process that will achieve a highly reflective shine. Every stone can react differently, but with our knowledge and expertise, we breathe new life into well-worn granite, and can often exceed a factory polish on brand new installation.
Granite Grind and Polish
Grinding granite can be risky, but not for Quality Stone Restoration. It is not often that granite needs a full grind, hone, and polish, but sometimes it is necessary. Granite is very difficult to bring to a polish once it has been honed, but we have the knowledge and experience to restore highly worn granite, as well as correct mistakes by other workers who may not have had the needed knowledge and experience.
Protective Granite Sealing
We have different sealers available and will use what best suits your needs. Some granites are more susceptible to staining than others, but it is always a good idea to protect your granite with a high-quality penetrating sealer. Stain prevention is the key to your granite always looking great, and properly sealing your granite will be invaluable to that end.

Granite Repair
Despite the hardness and durability of granite, it is not impervious to damage. Chips and breaks can happen. Every project is different, and no two outcomes are the same. We are happy to set up an in-person assessment to go over limitations, likely outcomes, and help you make an informed decision in addressing your granite.
Granite Crack Repair
Cracks in front of and behind sinks are common with granite counter tops. The common repair is superficial; the Quality Stone Restoration repair addresses the cause of the crack for a long-lasting solution, not just a temporary fix.
